Blood test could detect brain damage in active football players

Sometimes, I think a person has to have brain damage to play football in the first place. Think about it. A guy, a running back, is about 5′ 11′ and weighs about 190 lbs. On the other side of the line of scrimmage is a guy who is 6, 10′ and 290 lbs. That big guy wants to take the little guy’s head off. That could really be frightening. On the streets, if a big guy does that to a little guy, he can get 15 years. But on the football field, the worse he can get is 15 yards.
